About Sandra Bergman
Sandra Bergman is a Swedish photographer who was born in 1986 in Ystad, Sweden.
She is known for her travel photographs taken all over the world including the most remote locations from Papua New Guinea to the South Pole, from the Galapagos to Mnemba Island. When she is not traveling around the world creating her magnificent images you can find her dividing her leisure time between Milan and New York.
Her past experience includes a spell in the glamourous world of fashion as a highly sought after model and TV host. Her passion for photography moved her from one end of the lens to the other and she started to travel the world in pursuit of her primary passion.
Sandra has combined her passion for photography and her keen interest in computers to enable her to master the art of digital imaging. She belongs to that select group of young professional photographers born directly into the digital age, comfortably at home in the new technology, yet fully aware of its evolution from and indebtedness to film.
You can easily recognize her work. She pays incredible attention to detail and has a unique point of view that informs every photo.
Her Canon 5D MK II is always with her and she is always ready to capture the subtle changes in the light, the telling gesture, freezing or blurring the fleeting moment.
She describe her work as " A view of the world through my eyes..." and her eyes reveal a singular point of view. She enhances what she sees so that it is always fresh. Her moments are caught for our enjoyment and insight.
