BOURNEMOUTH, ENGLAND, November 02, 2011 /Travel PR News/ -- Stand-up comedy star Bill Bailey will take his new live show Dandelion Mind to the south coast later this year.
Following a sold-out ten-week run in London's West End, the long-haired funnyman is set to embark on a UK arena tour that includes a show at Bournemouth's BIC Windsor Hall on Tuesday November 29th.
Consistently named as one of the UK's funniest acts, Bailey is well-known for bringing his mildly surreal humour to countless stage performances, sitcom roles and panel show appearances.
According to a statement from the comedian's official website, Dandelion Mind is loosely based on the theme of doubt and features Bailey's trademark musical interludes and bizarre observations.
"He demonstrates new instruments, both ancient and modern, he sings an Internet love song, a lament about punk heroes, Iranian hip-hop and plays a mean folk-bouzouki," the website explains.
Tickets for the Bournemouth gig are available online, priced at GBP29.50 plus booking fee. The show is due to begin at 20:00 GMT.
